Business Director, Roel Keursten and Commercial Director Roel van Haeren are both seniors in the agribusiness and green valued business development. Both gentlemen come from agricultural backgrounds, Roel Keursten (1973) studied agriculture and business. He has twenty years of experience in agribusiness regarding valorizing of coco peat, animal byproducts, manure and communal wastewater sludge in different sales and business development roles.
Business partner Roel van Haeren (1983) studied marketing management and in his twelve plus years of experience in valorizing co-products into the feed and bio-fuel industry, he already has had various senior international management positions within a corporate environment and family business.
Their target: “Some fifteen years ago fermentation was an upcoming way of giving some extra value to organic rest streams. Now, biomethane production is the way of decarbonization and reaching the EU sustainability and 35bcm biomethane goals. That is where our team wants to be successful.”
