Start of the company

Building on the solid fundamentals of Connex, we formalised the core team and established a dependable feedstock and service portfolio as the foundation for ConNRG.

From Connex to ConNRG

ConNRG was established by the team behind Connex. With extensive experience in feedstock sourcing, operations, and trading in the biofuels sector, we recognised a similar challenge in the biogas market. Having successfully bridged the gap from feedstock to biofuel, the logical next step was to apply our expertise to this new industry—leading to the creation of ConNRG, a dedicated venture focused on feedstock supply and services for sustainable energy.

With 30 years of experience in sourcing and trading raw materials for the Agri-feed and (pet) food industries, he brings extensive market knowledge to ConNRG. His passion for the circular economy and renewable energy drives his ambition to develop new opportunities in the bio-digestion sector.

As co-founder of ConNRG and Connex, he has spent over 15 years dedicated to environmental innovation and the waste-to-energy sector. Driven by an inexhaustible passion for transforming residues into green value, he is fully focused on speeding up the energy transition.
