What are you going to do?
As a Trade Executive at ConNRG, you will drive our company’s growth and contribute to the global energy transition. Your focus will be on supporting the diversification of our customer base and activities, making a tangible impact in the renewable energy sector. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue trading opportunities. You will analyse market trends, enabling you to translate insights into compelling business proposals. By effectively matching and supporting the trader in the supply and demand of renewable feedstock
As a commercially focused executive, you will closely align with Connex’s operations and sustainability team. Staying updated with industry developments, regulations, and market trends will be crucial for adapting your trading strategies accordingly. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including the Business Director and Trade Manager, will be vital in aligning trading activities with broader business objectives.
Who you are
Joining ConNRG as a Trade Executive will allow you to contribute to the energy transition while working in a dynamic and innovative environment. You will have the chance to collaborate with a supportive team and shape the future of sustainable energy. Preferably with:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with at least two years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present and build on data insights.
- Previous experience in Agri or fuel commodity trade is preferred.
- Affinity or knowledge of the (Agri) feedstock market is advantageous.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with proficiency in another language being a plus.
- Willingness to work full-time in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, and travel once a month to Connex B.V. in Rotterdam.
